In February, Professor Ryan Snyder presented his paper, “Historical Practice at the Founding,” at the 2026 Originalism Works-in Progress Conference. The conference was hosted by the University of San Diego’s Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism.
Professor Snyder’s paper has been accepted for publication a forthcoming issue of the University of Chicago Law Review.
