Professor Ben Trachtenberg spent the end of October giving lectures in Seoul, South Korea and Tokyo, Japan. In Korea, Professor Trachtenberg spoke at Seoul National University on the topif, “Grand Juries in the United States: A Real or Illusory Check on Prosecutors?”
