SHIPPING TO THE OVERLAND PARK CONVENTION CENTER (OPCC)

• OPCC does not have a formal Shipping/Receiving Department and has limited storage for event packages.
• The OPCC will only accept freight and materials (including overnight freight services) up to 3 days prior to the contracted move-in date. Contact your Event Manager for details.
  • Any shipments arriving outside of this time-frame may be refused or subject to additional fees.
• Shipments arriving during the contracted move-in period must be clearly labeled with the recipient’s name, event name, and booth number for identification.
